Implementation Planning
Let’s face it management has specific reasons for purchasing On-Board Communications products. In order to ensure that your company meets all of its goals and objectives, all customers are assigned an individual account manager to work with their team. Project success starts with a proper implementation. Account managers help with the accurate set up of users, installation and even process changes. One of the most important implementation items is a proper communication with your mobile employees. We have the proven tools to help you communicate the changes to field employees to be sure the project starts off on the right foot.
Initial Training
The key to meeting management’s goals and objectives and having a successful implementation is training. The On-Board account manager will conduct the initial training of your team. The goal is to make sure they understand all the productivity and efficiency tools available in the system.
Account Management
Your same account manager will continue to work with your employees to achieve all of your management goals. Continued training is always a part of the account manager’s role as the productivity and efficiency tools in the On-Board system are constantly being enhanced. Our goal is to train as many people within your organization to become proficient with the On-Board system. Employees need different pieces of information at different times and the goal of the account manager is to help get the right information to the right people at the right time. On-Board Communications does not charge for additional training.
Deep Integrations
Some companies prefer to integrate their mobile resource management system into their existing systems to create a seamless flow of information. On-Board Communications offers automatic transmission of data through web services enabling this integration into your backend systems. We use an industry standard SOAP web service that provides the majority of data available from the web site. The customer controls the consumption of data and the extraction of historical data sets.
